Innehalten - German for "to pause", is such a beautiful definition for relaxation. It consists of two combined words.
Inne, meaning "inside" and halten, meaning "to hold".
It is understood as taking a break, holding peace and quite for a moment...
Innehalten became an ultimate habit of mine lately and I really got to appreciate the power of now.

Please use whenever you do not know, what to do, whenever you feel stressed or your thoughts are driving you crazy.
1 find a place where you can sit or lay down quietly for a minute or two
2 take a few breaths to calm down
3 try to think of nothing
4 if you realize, that you are thinking, relax and go back to thinking of nothing,
repeat as often as needed.
5 the more you try, the longer you can free your mind
6 start being!
If an impulse forms at the end, take it serious! You have just been in touch with your core...
